Included Services

  • Check-in: Weguest offers the possibility of handing over the keys to guests to welcome them, explain the accommodation, and give some tips about the city.
  • Cleaning and laundry: Our team takes care of cleaning and laundry in the accommodation, including our own sheets and towels at no additional cost in some locations. It is a thorough cleaning to ensure that the accommodation is perfect for the next guest. At the end, we check that everything is in perfect condition and report any damage that may have occurred during the guests' stay.
  • Communications with guests: We take care of communicating with your guests at all times and in various languages. We provide an immediate response to every message we receive, offering active and committed management.
  • Guest Experience: At Weguest, we have a "Guest Experience" department that offers all kinds of services to guests, from a small local guide or restaurant reservations to excursions or any other activity, including airport transfers, of course at no additional cost to the guest.
  • Daily update of the rental price of the property: Weguest has a specialized team that updates the rental price daily to avoid being too cheap on the day of an event when everything is fully booked, or too expensive when demand is not so high. This service will optimize the rental of your property.
  • Listing optimization: At Weguest, we ensure that the listing is published in different languages. We pass the listing photos through our image department and retouch them to make them more eye-catching. In addition, we review the descriptions and use keywords to improve visibility.
  • Maintenance: We take care of managing any incidents that may arise in the property, such as a blown light bulb or any other damage that may occur and require an urgent solution because it affects the current or future guest's stay. For repairs costing less than €150, we act autonomously and inform you in real time of the process and actions taken. For cases with a cost exceeding €150, we will request your approval.
