Registration with Weguest
To register with Weguest, the first thing you need to do is log in to your Owner Area. You can do this by downloading our App from the App Store or Google Play (the app has a white background and a blue pineapple) or by accessing our website at www.weguest.com
Then, simply follow these steps:
- Click on "Don't have an account? Sign up now"
- Enter First and Last Name
- Enter Email and Password (Uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and minimum 8 digits)
- Click on "I accept the Terms and Conditions" and "Continue"
- Open the Weguest app again and log in with your username and password that you just entered to verify that the registration has been completed

Onboarding
Onboarding is the online registration that the owner completes to enter all the data of their property so that Weguest can manage the property completely. It includes the following information:
- Personal information. Payment methods and billing details.
- Property information. Address, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.
- Weguest services. In this section, photos of the devices and appliances in the house are requested. We mainly need this information to be able to explain and resolve any doubts about the operation of each element of the property and to be able to claim the items in case of any damage.
- Keys. Depending on the destination, the type of access to the property, and the compatibility with the Nuki electronic lock, the number of copies of keys needed to be sent to Weguest will appear, coordinated with the Nacex courier company.
