Transparent management
Weguest carries out all these tasks through what we call the Transparent Management model.
With our management, you will continue to have full access to your property and your listing, as Weguest has an individualized profile for each client. Thanks to this, you can access your listing and see all the information, such as the established prices, communications with guests, or the status of the calendar. Additionally, you will receive real-time updates on all booking actions, communications, cleaning, and reviews, so you are always informed.
Furthermore, all the comments left by guests will only be about your property, without affecting other properties we manage. Once you finish the management with Weguest, the profile on the platform will still be yours.

Rate
Weguest's rate is 18% of the booking, including VAT. Cleaning fees are the responsibility of the guest. Our rate includes all the services specified in the Complete Management Package.
The differential points compared to other companies are:
- Real 18% rate including VAT: It is the most competitive rate in the market. Other companies have a commission above 20% plus VAT.
- No fixed amount: You will only pay Weguest's services when you receive a reservation in your property and the last service of that reservation has been completed
- Security in payments and collections: All the reservation amount is directly deposited into the bank account you establish as the means of collection on Airbnb. Weguest will subsequently charge the corresponding commission for the services rendered to the card you establish as the means of payment in the Weguest Owner Area.
In summary, you can start advertising your property at no cost, and cancel the listing and our management services whenever you want. This is our best quality guarantee.
