How can I hire an additional cleaning service after my stay?
You just have to follow these steps:
- Log in to the Weguest Owner Area.
- In the menu, you will find the direct access to the Calendar.
- Select the dates you want to block: keep in mind that the selected dates correspond to the nights that will be blocked.
- Check the option: I want Weguest to perform cleaning or laundry tasks at the end of the block.
- Proceed to the next screen by clicking on Block
- Choose whether you want cleaning, laundry or both and confirm by clicking on Block.
- Check the Date of service and the Service time for cleaning.
- Check the Service cost.
- Confirm the date blocking and the contracted services by clicking on Accept
- You can always cancel the service up to 48 hours before it takes place.
Remember that the occasional cleaning and laundry service can be hired with a minimum advance notice of 72 hours before the service date.

How much do additional cleaning services cost?
Additional cleaning and laundry services are not included in the full management package and will incur an additional cost. The price will depend on the number of rooms in the property. You can check the price for cleaning, or cleaning + laundry, through the Weguest Owner Area.
