The check-out service takes place along with the cleaning service on the day of departure from the reservation, after the guests' stay.

What does the check-out service include? 

This service involves collecting the keys at the property and checking the condition of the accommodation. We make sure that everything is in order and inform about any circumstances that may arise.

What time does check-out occur?  

Guests must check out of the accommodation by default at 11:00 on the day of departure.

Is it possible to do a late check-out?  

Yes, it is possible. If a guest requests a late check-out, we will try to allow it, verifying beforehand that it is operationally viable and does not limit a possible entry into the accommodation on the same day.

In case a late check-out is not possible, we will provide the guest with all the information about the different lockers located in the city.
