Tax advice
We inform the owner on how to declare the income derived from vacation rentals. The taxation of tourist rentals works the same as long-term rentals. You pay taxes on the net income (Airbnb income minus electricity, water, gas, internet, and Weguest service).
It is taxed as the higher amount of the general taxable base, just like a salary.
