Our goal is to offer you peace of mind and take care of the management of your property. In the event of any incident or damage to your property, we will contact you to manage the repair by contacting the appropriate professional to solve it.
Autonomy of repairs
Keeping your property in good condition is essential for a satisfactory guest experience. To ensure this, at Weguest we apply the autonomy plan for repairs with a cost of less than €150. For repairs costing more than €150, we will contact you to approve the budget before starting the repair.

How much does the maintenance service cost?
The cost of managing and coordinating any maintenance within your property is included in Weguest's complete management package. The cost incurred for the maintenance or repair work to solve the incident will be billed separately.
