What is the Refer a Friend Program?
It is a program that offers an economic reward to all customers who want to recommend our services to their family and friends. It's very simple, you just have to provide us with the data of your friend or family member and we will take care of registering their property in Weguest. Once they complete their first reservation with us, you will receive a discount of €300 that we will apply to the Weguest Fee of your next reservations.
How can I refer a friend or family member?
To participate in the Weguest Refer a Friend program, follow these steps:
- Fill out this form
- Weguest will contact the recommended person to explain our services and register their property
- Receive your reward when the first reservation in the recommended property is completed
When is a referral considered successful?
A referral is considered successful when a new customer is recommended who registers a new property with us and completes their first reservation satisfactorily after being recommended by an active Weguest customer.
In this case, the customer who made the referral will receive their reward in the form of a €300 discount on the Weguest Fee of their next reservations.
Criteria for fulfilling the Refer a Friend Program
- The referring customer must be an active Weguest customer with at least one completed booking in which Weguest services have been charged.
- The referring customer must be up to date with payment for Weguest services.
- The referred customer must be a new customer without a registration on Weguest.
- The referred customer must register their property and complete at least one booking in which Weguest has been able to charge for their services.
- When referring a customer, accurate information must be provided: when recommending a friend or family member to the program, it is important to provide accurate and complete information so that they can be contacted and registered properly.
- Respect the terms and conditions of the program: it is important to read and understand the terms and conditions of the Weguest Refer a Friend Program to ensure compliance with all established rules and requirements.
Additional Terms and Conditions of the Program
The reward payment will be processed once the first booking of the property has been successfully completed and the full Weguest Fee has been paid. In addition, in order to benefit from the reward payment, you must have an active and in good standing Weguest account and meet the aforementioned requirements.
Weguest reserves the right to take action, such as rejecting payment or cancelling your account or bookings, if it suspects or has evidence of a technical problem, fraudulent activity, falsified documentation, or violation of Weguest's Terms of Service. Weguest may suspend Reward Payment at any time without being subject to any obligation.
Weguest may suspend or terminate the promotion at any time if, in our opinion, the program is being abused or could have a negative effect on Weguest's goodwill and reputation. We may do so on an individual basis or applicable to the entire promotion.
We may cancel this promotion or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Any cancellation or changes to the Terms do not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Program.
