What are the requirements to become a Superhost?
To enter this select club, you do not need to submit a request, it happens automatically. Airbnb platform evaluates all hosts quarterly and if you meet the required criteria, you will be included. These are the requirements:
- Overall rating above 4.8 / 5.
- More than 10 stays: You must successfully complete ten stays or three reservations totaling at least 100 nights.
- Cancellation rate < 1%: You should not have canceled any reservations, except for force majeure reasons that are covered in the company's policy.
- Response rate above 90%.
