# The Weguest Owner Area

🙌At Weguest, we believe in technology with the Owner Area, a specially designed space for hosts to access all the information related to their accommodations.

### **What can I do from my Owner Area?**

The Owner Area brings us even closer to our customers 🤝, and enables greater fluidity and immediacy in communication between owners and Weguest. This space for hosts allows you to:

- Track the **performance of your property and evaluations** from the **Progress** section
- Check past, in progress, or future reservations
- **Hire or review** services such as laundry, cleaning, or repairs
- **Control tasks** in detail
- Approve or reject **quotes**
- Block calendar for personal use
- **Manage** all **properties**
- **Modify personal data** such as: payment methods, billing information, transactions, or password.

🤳🏻With the **Owner Area version** in the **mobile application**, you can control everything related to properties and bookings from your mobile devices. The functionality is the same as on the web, but **with all the control in your pocket**.
