We can conduct free profitability studies so that the owner has an estimate of the income and costs that vacation rental of their property may entail.

At the beginning of the management, we will organize a visit to see your property and ensure that everything is perfect to start the management. For this, we carry out a free initial review to guarantee the quality and cleanliness of the property before starting with the first reservation. We will also use this review to verify that the accommodation has everything necessary and that the information received about the accommodation is accurate.

### **Tax advice**

We inform the owner on how to declare the income derived from vacation rentals. The taxation of tourist rentals works the same as long-term rentals. You pay taxes on the net income (Airbnb income minus electricity, water, gas, internet, and Weguest service).

It is taxed as the higher amount of the general taxable base, just like a salary.
