### **Airbnb Host Protection Insurance**

In the unlikely event that someone is injured or suffers property damage during a stay at your accommodation, you have liability insurance coverage of up to $3 million under the policy.

### **Rules for using my property**

You can establish rules for using your accommodation that we will take into account when accepting your guests. In addition, guests will be required to comply with these rules throughout their stay.

### **What criteria does Weguest use to accept guests?**

Weguest will only accept bookings in your property if they meet the criteria and rules established by you at the beginning of the management. Once they meet your criteria, we will contact them and gather information about their interests and reasons for the trip. Additionally, we check their reviews and security verifications.

### **What personal items can I leave in my property?**

We always recommend that items of high economic or sentimental value be removed from the home for safekeeping, for your own peace of mind. You can leave other belongings in the home as long as they are securely stored out of reach of guests and there is enough space for guests to properly set up their belongings upon arrival. We believe it is very positive for hosts to leave decorative items and personal photographs, as they help create a welcoming atmosphere.
