Owner Area Progress Section

🙌 At Weguest, we know that your main interest is the profitability of your property. That's why we have included the Progress Section in your Owner Area, where you can track both the monthly and annual performance of your properties, as well as the evaluations of all the reservations we have managed.

What can I do from the Progress Section?

From this section within your Owner Area, you can check your monthly performance and also track all the evaluations you receive for each reservation. 

You can see all the income you are earning from the accommodations you have with us through the Performance section, easily navigating to see the payment performance of past years and also the projected future income, filtering by property and date according to the information you want to consult. You also have access to view the Weguest fee charges, along with the associated cleaning expenses for each reservation, and you will have a summary of the last 5 reservations obtained in the selected properties. 

From the Evaluations section, you can track the summary of the evaluations you have received after your guests' departure, viewing the monthly average score and a breakdown of the latest evaluations for each of your properties.
