At Weguest, when you start managing your property, we take care of organizing a visit to ensure that everything is in perfect condition before we begin. To do this, we carry out a free Initial Inspection that guarantees the quality and cleanliness of the property before accepting the first reservation.

What does the Initial Inspection of the property consist of?

The objective of this Initial Inspection is to verify that the property meets quality standards and take inventory. In addition, we will use this inspection to check that the accommodation has everything necessary and that the information received about the accommodation is accurate.

 

It is important to note that this service does not include cleaning the accommodation. If the property is not ready to receive the first guests and extra time is needed, we will carry out a cleaning at an additional cost to you.

Points to consider before carrying out the Initial Inspection of the property

  1. The accommodation must be clean
  2. It must be free of personal belongings
  3. It must be vacant of tenants
  4. It must have electricity, water, and/or gas supplies
  5. The internet wifi connection must work correctly
  6. The alarm must be deactivated
